Bringing fragmented
insurance processes together.
Traditional insurance processes rely on disconnected surveys, emails, documents and manual follow-ups, making information harder to track and processes slower to manage.
Built for insurers, UMAs and their clients, Raptor brings these processes into one structured digital environment – creating greater consistency, visibility and a clearer flow of information throughout the life of a policy.
Insurance is complex. Managing it doesn’t have to be.

Raptor wasn’t created by a tech company trying to understand insurance. It came from people who understand risk from the inside – and built the technology around it.

Trust comes with the territory.
Insurance depends on sensitive information. Raptor has been developed with data protection, security and accountability at its core.
Key questions.
Clear answers.
How much of the platform can be configured for our business?
Raptor provides a consistent core platform while allowing branding, survey templates, analytics, risk ratings, dashboards and user permissions to be configured for each organisation. This gives insurers and UMAs flexibility to tailor the platform to their needs, without having to build a completely bespoke system.
How is access managed between insurers, brokers and clients?
Access is role- and permission-based, ensuring each party has access to the information and functionality relevant to them. Insurers retain control over permissions, allowing brokers and clients to participate in the process without exposing information they do not need to see.
Can Raptor accommodate different insurance products and risk types?
Yes. Raptor supports different survey templates and risk-assessment requirements, allowing information to be captured and assessed according to the product or type of risk involved.
What happens to risk information after a survey is completed?
Survey information becomes part of the structured record associated with the relevant client, policy and site. Rather than remaining in a standalone form or document, that information can continue to support underwriting, ongoing policy management, renewals and claims.
Does Raptor automate underwriting decisions?
Raptor supports underwriting by bringing structured risk information, supporting evidence and automated risk scoring together in one place. Survey responses generate an indicative risk score to help underwriters identify potential concerns and assess risk more efficiently. The final decision to accept a risk always remains with the underwriter.
Can surveys be completed remotely as well as on-site?
Yes. Raptor allows surveys to be completed on-site or remotely by the client or site representative, reducing the need for a physical site visit. Geofence and identity verification confirm that the survey has been completed at the correct location by the designated person, with structured responses and photographic evidence captured through the app.
Can Raptor be used beyond new business?
Yes. Raptor is designed to support the insurance lifecycle beyond the initial risk assessment, with information remaining available to support ongoing policy management, renewals and claims.
